Did Judas hang himself before or after he fell a long enough distance to burst his insides out?

There's one more verse that makes sense of it all, in Fornications 32:17: "Judas then stood up with his bowels hanging out, and used his lower intestine to fashion a noose in a nearby tree." All better now?
