Former meth addict--currently dealing with the effects?

I am 25 years old, and recently kicked a 10 year meth habit. my major problem is meth mouth. i was hoping some one could tell me what is the best way to deal with this problem, i can't even smile anymore, and now that i am clean there seems like there are so many reasons to smile. i live in so. cal. and have dental insurance through medi-cal. any info could help, i have been to a dentist. but i have a bad fear of them, and hope there are some that deal specificly with this problem
