First of all you are very pretty so don't say you're not. Second I think you should get side bangs. Just one side though not both because I ve seen it and it does not look good. I think you should get skinny blonde highlights if you can too. As for layers I don't know if you should get them. Personally I don't like them because you cant put your hair up without it looking messy. And I'm not a prefessional so don't do anything unless you really think you should. But I hope it helped!!!!
