In darksiders how do you get the armageddon shard from the ashlands?

Head left after you start out and use Ruin to run up to the ledge then jump off him and you will grab the ledge. There's a red blockage there (you may have already seen this) and you need to follow the little corridor to the left (where there's a small part of the blockage visible). Use your mask of shadows to look at the ceiling, the bombs are there. Once the blockage is destroyed, follow the path and use your hook to get to the anvil.
