Please help me out im gettin mad of my anxiety ?

i can tell you your making it worse by listing everything you think is wrong with you i used to suffer similar problem but i do something to take my mind off it when i feel like im starting to panick or worry also stop self diagnosing yourself believe me it makes it so much worse i used to try and take my own pulse and i would end up makeing myself almost have a heartattack id be so worried and i would tell myself im dieing and all that you have to get your mind off it play an intense video game go for a walk sing a song outloud anything to distract you
