Why American,nato terrorists kills innocent childrens and women?

This alleged incident is the result of an airstrike. If it actually happened, it can be attributed to a tragic accident. These things, although altogether unfortunate, sometimes happen. In this case, however, it is nothing more than Taliban propaganda. And it looks like it's working.
