How do I convince someone who won't, to see a psychologist?

Hi, thanks for your answers in advance. I was wondering how I may comvince my fiancee to see a psychologist? She is loving and kind generally but goes into 'phases' which are increasingly longer, where she accuses me of not doing enoough and won't even talk to me. If I say so myself I have helped her with financial problems, paid for literally everything and reuerd her. She takes the most innocuous comment the wrong way and will not speak to me, lately for weeks on end. I send her flowers, write reuring notes etc. I am throwing love at the problem but it is not working. She has lost many jobs or left because of problems. She is adament that she won't see a psycholgist because she doesn't have a problem. She is dissociating and projecting on to me. Please help.
