I was just wondering. What would happen if my dog got bitten by a red rock rattlesnake?

I live in Phoenix, and my dog hasn't gotten a antivenem vaccine. He is 6 month old chocolate lab. So, what would happen if he got bitten by a red rock rattlesnake.
