What would cause fainting, racing heart, dizziness, and spots in one eye?

Omg please email me sahibrao42@yahoo.com and tell me what they think your sister has because iv been having the same thing for the past 3 months. Im 24 and went and got a EKG and a Brain MRI and Blood Test and nothing. Its gotten to a point now (this week) that my family is starting to think im just being paranoid because all tests keep coming back ok but the symptoms your sister has im having too even right now a lil bit as i type. So in the near future dont forget about me and please remeber to email me or something. You dont have to say a lot just maybe one sentence describing what the doctors think is going on with her. Thx.
