Acne from drinking too much alcohol??

I have been going out more than normal, and drinking. I have noticed my skin breaking out in HUGE nodules (under the skin) and they HURT! Has anyone experienced this? What will clear it up? I have been on antibiotics for 3 weeks to no avail!
