Are the Iranians especially angry at the US citizen reporter because she's an attractive, independent female?

Should the beauty of this woman be ignored as a possible factor? First of all, could it be that the Iranians are simply angry that she is an independent woman of Iranian heritage? If they are angry that she is so accomplished and successful as to be on a equal footing with men, could it be that this anger is only exacerbated by the fact that she is so beautiful? Do they want to think that such a beautiful woman should be more yielding to the will of a man rather than being so independent?
