What do Russians think about recent Russian military tests of thier I.C.B.M missiles?

Was it to test the performance of the higly sophisticated missiles, or was it to show that Russia will never let an Invader and aggressor or intimidate thier Great and proud country ever again, like the nazis did in 1941.
