Where do these fundie anti-Catholic "catch phrases" come from?

Belittling your baptized brothers and sisters in Christ is not Christ-like behavior on either side of the fence. 99% of the time Fundamentalists don't even understand Catholic theology in the first place. So how can they even argue against it?
