Why do south americans play such beautiful football? are they born gifted?

Hello, I'm from Belgium, and I've always been in love with south american football, is incredible how even thought they have only a few world cup spots, they have managed to win the world cup 9 times.. Also, I'd be lying if I say that the champions league would be such a competitive tournament without south american players.. Furthermore, the other day I was watching libertadores match between once caldas and sao paulo and woww it was a great game. I feel bad because south americans only have 5 spots to the world cup, I think they deserve at least 7 spots.... probable Asians or concaf don't deserve that many spots if we keep in mind that those continents have never done anything respectable in the history of the world cups.
