I have this dream repeatedly for several years.Everytime I had been in an mentor/advisor/servant relationship with an older man.He's like an leader or an prince,but there's nothing romantic or even ual about our relationship.He's like an overseer,I both look up to this figure and fear him,yet respect him.Theres always some sort of trial or scandal and for my services to him he gives me this ring,says it's for protection,an reward for my faithfulness.It's disturbing because I don't want it,yet he insists it's an gift,I have to accpet it.Then I put it on and wake up.Any ideas? The same theme keeps repeating,doesn't make much sense to me at this time.He doesn't remind me of anyone I know,yet my feelings are always this strongly conflicted.
