What's it like being openly gay?

Its fun :) yeah you get the odd phobic person, but then if they hate you for it they aren't true friends, family? they'll come round eventually. Its wonderful, you literally feel like youve been in a dark place and then youve found your way out. They call it 'coming out of the closet' for a reason :D
