What runescape skill is easiest to reach lvl 99?

Easiest without quests are cooking, fletching and woodcutting, with quests and good gear melee stats (attack, strength and defence), 100k+ xp are possible for melee stats at armoured zombies (which require quests to get to, some good equipment and decent stats) however cooking can be done easily at rouges' den, fletching with bolts or making bows at castle wars (or any one click bank), woodcutting at any ivy spot. However, uming you're very rich prayer is one of the easiest 99s with a glided altar (you need 150+ mill from 80ish but it gives 230kish xp an hour.)
