Help with a pimple?

i had a very red and semi painful pimple grow in over night smack dab in the middle of my cheek and i have other pimples to worry about but this one is really noticeable so does anybody know good ways to get ride of a pimple fast. i used tooth paste but that doesnt work that well plus i dont have colgate which people say works better. i really need this monstrousity gone ASAP!
