Should i trade my 2009 yamaha rhino 450 for razor S?

my Yamaha rhino 450 has a CDI chip also an FMF exhaust plus a j strong roof chrom dash upgraded speedometer gun rack mear middle mount pack and 29" mud lites with itp chrome rims also a flame grill upgraded rear lights with backup lights (LED) lights and it has its common scuffs should i trade it for a 2010 razor S? please help
