Skateboarding, Building the board?

well my dad owns a board shop so if your going to build a board buy grip tape and you shuld by a blank board cheaper and alright spit fire wheels are outdated go with kennedies venture trucks lucky bearings and idk if i'm missing something and buy 7.5 board most comfortable
