Teens who watch what you eat?
I think you may be obbessing about it... if you just follow the proposed portions from every food group, you should be fine (adjustments may need to be made...?) and if you want to loose weight, you simply have to burn more calories then you take in every day (via the preferred method of your choice). Don't obbsses over it though. That's not healthy for you either. It can lead to problems such as anorexia and beuolemia (I think I spelled that one wrong XD) and that's a bigger problem then going a few hundred calories over your daily goal.
