Why is it that every guy that I talk to thinks that I am in love with them and wants to marry me?

i have a very similar personality to yours, and every friggin girl i talk to thinks im hitting on them for being funny or not ignoring them. i cant ignore girls, or tell them they are annoying me. i like to make people feel good. i make it obvious i am not interested by avoiding anything that can lead them on and they still think im going for them. its usually the desperate people though, and thats something you should look out for. a lot of people are desperate for a relationship but dont want people to know that. the moment they find someone who will listen to them and make a joke to them, they will start to develop an interest in them. only advice i can give you: make gay jokes to them, they will probably leave you alone.
